The North Hotel - Trabzon

Located conveniently close to the mall, restaurants, and coffee shops, this hotel is a great option for budget travelers who want to explore the city center. The sound insulation between rooms can be improved to offer a more peaceful environment.

The breakfast options were good and there were restaurants nearby to enjoy. The location was also convenient since it was close to a mall and other shops. the staff was friendly and accommodated some of our requests.

Sadly, our New Year's experience was not great due to the noise levels in the hotel. The sound insulation was poor and we could hear everything that was happening in the adjacent rooms.

Location was convenient, restaurants and shops were close, by. the breakfast was diverse to some extent, and the staff was friendly. One more thing that I appreciated was the pub inside the hotel which offers some decent alcoholic choices.

My experience at this hotel was mostly unpleasant. the walls were paper, thin, and I could hear the people next door having a conversation.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant with sea view, helpful managers, convenient location near mall and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really nice too ensure my comfort, calling and checking in before my check-in time and providing excellent toiletries and other hotel supplies. The location was great, close to everything I needed, including a mall and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The room was clean and cozy, and the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. the best aspects of this hotel were its excellent staff, convenient location, and cleanliness.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The manager personally attended to our needs, even going as far as providing medical assistance to my mother after her surgery. The staff, especially Hamaza and Jihad, were really good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location was perfect, with a nearby mall and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The room, although initially small, was promptly changed to a bigger one as promised. I highly recommend this hotel.
